Senior Vice President of Finance, Controller

Azniv Tashchyan is the Senior Vice President of Finance, Controller for Saban Films. In her role, Azniv reports to the CFO and oversees all financial reporting and analysis functions of the company including internal and external reporting to key partners, cash management, budgeting and forecasting.

Prior to joining Saban Films, Azniv was Director of Accounting for Paramount Pictures Corporations where she was a key liaison between Finance and IT departments with direct involvement in major system implementations for the Home Media Distribution group. Prior to this, Azniv acted as a divisional controller for Home Entertainment and Television Groups for DreamWorks SKG. While in this capacity, she has had an opportunity to be part of the initial public offering of DreamWorks Animation as well as DreamWorks acquisition by Paramount Pictures. Azniv began her career at Ernst & Young LLP here in Los Angeles where she served public and private clients within the audit and assurance services group.

Azniv is a Certified Public Accountant. She holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration, Accounting Theory and Practice, from California State University of Northridge.
